Betongpark are one of Europe’s leading skatepark design companies. Founded in Oslo in 2012, they opened their second office in London in 2020 and have been setting the standard for inspiring active and skateable spaces on projects across Norway and the UK ever since.
In their own words: “The key to our success – deep roots in the skateboarding community. From the team in the office to the crew on site, we are 100% skater ran, operated and built. As life-long riders ourselves we cherish and understand these unique environments, not merely as a sporting arena but as a meeting place for subcultures to thrive.”

We’re currently supporting them as they develop a detailed design for the skatepark, pump track and rollerskating facilities as part of the ‘Leith Links Activity Hub’ project, in collaboration with landscape architects atkinsrealis and the Thriving Greenspaces at the City of Edinburgh Council.
The designs take into account feedback gathered in the last years activity hub consultation along with outputs of a design workshop we took part in back in November.
The work is still in-progress, but we’re excited by what we’ve seen so far and we’ll share updates on it as soon as we can.
In the meantime, check out Betongpark’s Instagram to see some of their amazing skatepark projects.
