Season greetings from the Leith Links Activity Park team!
2022 saw the activity park idea take an important step forward with the City of Edinburgh Council public consultation on the ‘Leith Links Masterplan’ – the proposals for a 10-year vision for the park which include an activity park on the bowling greens.
The results of the consultation were overwhelmingly positive with 90% supportive of the proposals. Check out our previous posts for more info.
We continue to stay in touch with the team leading the masterplan process and are waiting to hear when the proposals will be presented to the Culture & Communities Committee for approval – the next step in the process.
Thank you for all the support throughout 2022 – we’re going to continue campaigning in 2023 and will share updates on any developments as they happen.
